I have reluctantly come to the conclusion that castration is the only answer to the catastrophic problems facing our society and world.
The castration of all males at the age of 16 would solve most of the sexual and violent crime problems of this country. It would drain the swamp of aggression in which the progressive spirit of our nation is mired, allowing greater diversity and equality. We would harvest sperm prior to castration for use in the artificial insemination of female single-parents and female same-sex couples.
I will be lobbying for an entry on the ID card database to check the testicular status of EU UK citizen males, in anticipation of a Labour manifesto committment to castration.
In fact, the removal of the penis would be a logical next step as this organ would be defunct...and it would be a liberation statement for all of wimminhood after centuries of phallocentric oppression and testosterone tyranny.

You notice that every piece of sexually explicit imagery includes the woman's oral preoccupation with the male genitalia. The world is tasked with the balance of testosterone and all female hormones. You want what cannot be. Males are our protectors, and they are driven to do great things. Women are only complete when they are mated with the strong, considerate, and responsible forces of a good male. Likewise women alone can bring honest men to their full potential, by making them realize their true power and uniquely male abilities. Expedient devises are of little use, when you realize that our world is in need of worthy men and women. Mutual respect and dignity is the answer to the issue, not castration. What man would suggest a similar fate for all women? Men are hard-wired for sex. Humans must procreate "in like fashion." Women are companions given to men by God. I'm sure there is a faction of sexually disenfranchised women who would like to see all sorts of male mutilation. Realize the hubristic simplicity of your position.
